MERX operates a TRON blockchain resource exchange at merx.exchange. The platform aggregates energy and bandwidth providers and routes orders to the cheapest available source. Access is provided via web interface, REST API, JavaScript and Python SDKs, MCP server, A2A protocol, and ACP protocol.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. You are responsible for compliance with local laws regarding cryptocurrency and blockchain services in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, API keys, and TRON private keys. MERX is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account. API keys should be treated as secrets and never shared publicly.
MERX operates on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime. Energy provider availability depends on third-party services. If an order cannot be filled, your balance is returned in full. Scheduled maintenance will be announced via the platform status page.
Current commission: 0% for early adopters. No subscription fees for energy trading, no minimum balance, no withdrawal fees. Fee changes will be announced 30 days in advance. Provider prices are displayed transparently -- the buyer pays the exact provider price.
RPC subscriptions (Developer, Business, Enterprise) are billed in TRX at the current market rate at the time of subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew every 30 days. The renewal amount is reserved from your TRX balance at the start of each billing period.
If your energy spend through MERX exceeds the waiver threshold during a billing period, the subscription fee is returned to your balance (waiver). The waiver threshold is fixed in SUN at the time of subscription and does not change with TRX price fluctuations.
You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, you are charged only for the days used (minimum 1 day). The remaining balance is refunded to your account immediately. By subscribing, you explicitly consent to automatic recurring billing.
API access is subject to rate limits (documented at merx.exchange/docs). Abuse of the API, including circumvention of rate limits, automated scraping beyond documented endpoints, or denial-of-service attempts, will result in key revocation. MCP, A2A, and ACP protocols are subject to the same rate limits as the REST API.
MERX is not liable for losses resulting from: provider failures, blockchain network issues, incorrect TRON addresses provided by you, or market price movements. Our maximum liability is limited to the balance held in your MERX account at the time of the incident.
The MERX platform, API, and documentation are proprietary. The MCP server (merx-mcp) is open-source under the MIT license. SDKs are open-source under the MIT license. You may use the API and protocols according to their documentation without additional licensing.
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users and displayed on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
